Carnotaurus
<pictures coming>
The most strange looking Dinosaur would be the Carnotaurus
from late Kritt, living in Argentina. Carnotaurus was about
7,6 meters high, and had a enormous short head with horns like
a bull. Other typical features was short small arms that looked
useless, and long slim hindlegs. Maybe the Carnosaurus hunted
by a direct attack on small, young sauropods, or medium size
Ornithopods, or maybe it was feeding on carrion from such that
had allready died. Carnotaurus left behind fossile prints from
the skin that shows in detail that they had rows of large, blump
shells alongside the back and the sides. The body's skin was
also covered with lots of shells, maybe all the Theropods had
skin like this.
The small eyes where pointing forewards, maybe to better focus
on the prey. Over the eyes the short sharp horns pointed streight
to the side. Scientists are still unsertain what the horns where
used to. They where to short to use in killing, but maybe they
could be used to impress females or threaten males.
The lower jaw is also a mystery. Unlike the scull and upper jaw,
the lower jaw is small and fragile, and the teeth are to small
to be able to handle fighting prey. this is another sign that
Carnotaurus might have been a scavenger rather than a hunter.
